1. What the service does

You upload a video or audio file. The service uses an automatic speech-enhancement model to reduce steady background noise in the audio track and returns the file to you. Results depend on the recording; the service is designed for speech with steady noise and may not work well for music, changing noise or overlapping voices. A free 60-second preview lets you check the result before paying.

2. Your content

• You must own the files you upload or have permission to process them.
• Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes other people's rights, or content that sexualises minors.
• You keep all rights to your files and to the cleaned results. You give us only the permission needed to store and process the files to provide the service, for the periods described in the privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not try to get around the daily free limits by automated means, overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to process content for others at scale without a paid plan. We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

4. Free use and paid orders

• Free use is limited (currently one file of up to 5 minutes at a time, up to 3 per day) and may change.
• Paid orders are one-time purchases for the files and price shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal. There is no subscription.
• Refunds are described in the refund policy.
• Download links for results work for 72 hours. Please download your files within that time.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working and to give good results, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every recording can be improved. Keep a copy of your original files.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date on this page apply from the time they are posted; orders already paid keep the terms that applied when they were placed.
